I'm very happy with an additional 2 pounds lost in 1 week!
It seems almost impossible with how much I eat per day, but I must have found the perfect formula for me.
I'll decide this weekend whether to add anymore 'small changes' next week, or just wait.
I feel my abdominal muscles stronger too, I'm able to stabilize this belly when I need to, it feels good.
Side note: I turned 41 on Tuesday. Wonderful lunch with my parents :)
194.2 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
