Feeling Good. More water intake. Bringing Gallon jugs of water to school and keeping home for my daughter and I to drink. We enjoy drinking clean water and lots of it :) Thank you God for clean water.

The last few mornings my breakfast has been:
1-2 Boiled Eggs
1 or 1/2 Avacado
w/ Salt & pepper
w/ Warm -( NOt boiling water, but pre boiling water) w/ fresh squeezed Lime

Last night I made kale from the greens broth I made last week and froze.
My daughter enjoyed the kale - made like collard greens. She had two bowls.
200.1 lb Lost so far: 89.9 lb.    Still to go: 35.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
