Time to get back on track. Happy that I only gained 4 pounds over the holidays. It could have been MUCH worse.

Found a great recipe for Cauliflower Pancakes with Avocado and a Poached or Fried egg in the top. Low carb High protein and very satisfying.
258.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
