Bom dia...
Depois de subir qse 2kg na balança (já se foram os 2kg de puro inchaço), ainda eliminei mais um pokinho rsrs
177.7 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
