Well! Wouldja look at that! It's been an 8 year journey full of literal ups & downs and WOW! I've lost 103 lbs! Thank you all so much for your support!

OK, about 50 lbs. Ready, set, GO!

261.8 lb Lost so far: 102.2 lb. Still to go: 61.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
