Doing my studies in The Lord's Table book and they are very helpful in helping me change my perspective on the cross I have to bear with self indulgence and over eating.

I find the week is easier for me on the weekends, hubby likes to eat out. ;o)

I am making good choices in food and not eating too much. At one point last week I was at 186 . . . but like I said, Sat/Sunday we at lunches out.

I am trying to do my USANA shakes at least once a day. When I have appointments all day, I take shakes, bars, snacks with me.

1.5lbs is a good week's results.
187.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
