No worries. Holiday wieht plus cycle weight equals about 7.4 lbs gain.
389.6 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Holiday eating gave me a bump up too. But we can get back on the wagon and go back down, just not as easy and it went on...darn it!
