Finally a little tick down after "some" excesses during the holidays. I did get some execise in along the way to counteract the badness. I did 30 minutes of turbine building stairs today for the first time this week. I was pretty bogged down with work in the am and it got too hot by the time I freed up. It was nice and cool this morning - in the 60s. It's a new start to a new year and time to get back to it. Good luck to all.
191.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
