Wow! Seeing that 0 pop in there I cracked the biggest grin! Now obviously losing 4 lbs in a week, odds are good one or two might come back because of water movement but I'm getting really close to goal number one!
250.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 90.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
