Happy New Year to me. Feeling bloated, unhappy and grumpy. Lots of farting and mildly sore tummy and just generally feeling below par.
Time to feel better than this.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
