OMG...I was doing so good and was SOOOOO happy to see my weight this morning. YEA!! Well, now I go and eat a granola bar for breakfast, a chili dog for lunch, 3 pieces of chocolate, a lean pocket sub and 3 chicken nuggets. UMMM.....I bet my weight will be back up tomorrow. This just means about 2 hours of working out tonight and good eating all week. With a very small exception on Thursday :P
