Knee felt better today after a day off so I tried the elliptical stepper for 35 minutes. It's been so long since I've done the elliptical stepper -- it felt great. And my knee seemed to tolerate it okay. After that I did the stationary bike for 10 minutes.

Diet was a bust yesterday. Co-worker's birthday lunch (Mexican food), then last nigh a visit to my favorite pub with a buddy after my son's football game.


187.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

o well always tomow to get back on track with the diet...since your doing weights also, that might be helpin the knee to get stronger...way to go...

I don't know but you seem to be doing extremely well with exercise, despite the knee. I've used the stepper once briefly, but you seem to believe in it so much that the next time I go to the sports club, I'm going to give it another shot. I'm too lax on the exercise but strong on the diet. It would be nice if I could get more of a balance by whatever means.

Great on the exercise!! Glad to hear your knee is tolerating the moving so well. Have a health snack before you go out next time and you'll do fine! :)
