Well I let myself fall off the wagon. There are a lot of factors to consider, but ultimately I let myself gain the weight back. That is the weight I weighed Sunday morning but I didn't want to admit it.

I told myself I would start back up after the holidays, that it was too difficult to resist all of the food that people brought in, and it definitely was a lot of fun. It is time to get back on track. I've more than doubled my distance from my goal with that fiasco.

Here is too getting back on track.
256.8 lb Lost so far: 91.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Come over to the wagon! We are here to pull you up. Maybe think of it as consecutive small improvements - not "all or nothing". Maybe it'll be easier to get started?

You are certainly not alone...there will be (already are) many red arrows, mine included in the next week or so...WE CAN AND WILL DO THIS!!!
