Motivated's Journal, 17 November 2007

Week 5 of 3rd 6 weeks, 135.2lb, 36.6% body fat, 81.4 musc mass, neg ketones, no exercise, still sick.

Breakfast ham, cheese, pickles, lunch/dinner steak salad w blue cheese dressing, hot toddy (the bartender insisted), 1/2 glass red wine.

I will be so grateful when I feel better--it has been a long, long time--I forget how fortunate we are to have our health.
135.2 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week

I really pray that you will feel better soon! I know it sucks to be sick!! We take for granted how healthy we really are until we get sick, that's when you take the time to stop and think of how blessed we really are to get up and feel good!! Thanks for your comment, I will do as you mentioned and see if there is something I'm eating that isn't working for me. I really appreciate all the kindness and support that you've shown! It means a lot to me! ;)
