Starting a new Challenge tomorrow. Decided to weigh-in weekly on the Friday. Still got this cold. Went to the gym yesterday. I found it hard to breathe and got tired BUT it felt good to do something. TGIF!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
