loss again! score! Im only weighting in at my weekly dr visit to keep an accurate and honest record as Ive had issues with that liar, i mean the scale here at home. Off today and working on the house and some projects. I "winterized" my patio by insulating by balcony with cardboard since we are having a freeze this week and Im trying to keep all my plants alive. They are just ferns, ivy , roses, aloe, and typical patio plants but Ive put a lot of energy into them and would hate to lose them. Today is a good day so far. No urges to stress eat or temptation. I hope it sticks. Have a good day everyone !
