Slept 7 hours. Yesterday was super hectic and I ended the day with a lot of pain. Took my pills. I definitely have less appetite, and that is helping me. Today is a 12 hr workday so I'm looking forward to another crazy day.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
