time to double down. ironically it's encouraging the the reason I gained so much was because I probably doubled my normal calorie intake. i didn't keep track, it was a cross of celebratory and stress eating. i think is aced my final exam for psych :) either way, I really will try to eat better in the coming days. yes I still have work I need to finish, but it's not the same as that test.
