Slept 4 hours, took pills. I'm tired and in pain. It's cold and raining outside and that alone has me feeling down. Hopefully as the day continues I start feeling better.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there. Some peeps need a sleep aid when they diet. Poor sleep results in weight gain for many peeps. Some antidepressants help with energy and mood and don't cause weight gain. Prozac, Zoloft, venlafaxine, or bupropion in the cheap generics.
