wohoo reached my big goal, 70 lbs done!!!!! Now to get to 229.. Keto has been pretty easy.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Keto is the easiest for sure. Congratulations. Everybody can handle a different amount of carbs. I can go as high as 150 grams per day and still not feel hungry and still lose weight as long as those aren't mostly sugar carbs. You don't usually have to completely avoid carbs on ketogenic. The lowest I have heard someone (a female) have to go down to is 35 grams per day.

I have to be very low, about 30 grams.. come from veggies and little fruit only...I can handle it as long as results are happening, thanks
