Hello and Happy Thursday FS!

Snarly graced me with a .2 loss! Bless him! I am salivating to get into the 150s! I will find extra time for exercise on my 3 day to see if that shakes things up. I don't think it is my eating...I have that under control for now. ;-) I've also stopped my lovely glass of wine or two this week. I was going to indulge on the weekend but I'm having second thoughts especially since there is scale movement. Well, I'm not going to stress over it. The loss will come! I'm doing the right things and eating healthy, getting more exercise and enjoying the new me. Plus enjoying my great buddies! Life is good! Lunch is packed, back to more eye crossing spreadsheets in a bit. Another very full day! Must get moving!

Down is down : ) I am so looking forward to the 3 day weekend it's unreasonabe. I love having an extra day with my husband at home. I know you'll have a wonderful weekend and snarly will sing next week from the efforts.

Wow, I am right behind you..I too am working to get into the fifties.. May have to bring out our poodle skirts when that happens..Congrats on the loss..have a wonderful day my friend...:O)
