Got myself access to a pair of scales at the Gym I am going to. Weight shows 2.3kg more but the baseline is different to my usual where I just wake up straight to the scales whereas I had at least 2l of water before this weigh in. So I guess I am going to be rebase-lining my weigh-ins where the first thing I do in the morning is have 1l of lemon water then weigh-in not the other way round. I want to start the day off each day with a kick start to my metabolism and if drinking water is the first thing I do when I wake up it will get done.
