Since weekend I have done 1 hour of excercise a day in gym. and 1/2 hour on my stationary bike. I am doing miniamal less than 5 carbs for breakfast and lunch and eating a healthy 20 to 25 carb supper. so in no day do i do over 30. this is a blast.
376.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 181.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 33.6 lb a week
