so no change. I attribuite that to stressful eating because its exam time. I have an interview in 2 wks so I hope to loose an additional 10 lbs so I can feel a little more comfy in my own skin. !)
199.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
