Up another pound. I am NOT freaking out. I have been very content and relaxed towards food...OBVIOUSLY...Heh..heh...

It seems many of us were feeling burnout and although I have not overindulged in any crazy feeding frenzy my weight is creeping up. Its the lack of movement and the lack of tracking. I know what I have to do and am gonna stop talking about it and put more motion back into my life and put less food in my mouth!

172.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Yep...nailed it! When I have a day off, I tend to spend the whole day in front of the computer. Feeding my mind instead of my body. But it has the SAME effect! Even moderate exercise boosts my metabolism, whereas nearly no calories and no movement stalls it. Get up off that thang and shake yo booty! ;)
