Thank you for all the good wishes!

Wow, after loosing my gallbladder - I now have diarrhea straight after eating anything and this morning thought I will check my weight - and for the first time in 8 years I am double digits.....99kg!!!!!!!!

I am sure as soon as my digestion system settles down - the weight will stabilize and the only thing I can keep inside without running to the loo is good old jelly with a blob of custard.

Damn the stitches in my belly - I wish I could jump of joy.
218.3 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
