Weight keeps going up despite a relatively clean diet. What's interesting is that my body has been in ketosis all the times I have tested over last 4 days. I am more level headed now thanks to a few great comments and I will persevere even though I am gaining weight until I reach my weight-loss goal. I have booked a body scan for next week as I want to know whats going on. Increasing my Gym to working out each body part twice weekly.
