I'm only down a pound, but this was my dads first full week with us, so I'll take it. This is thanksgiving week, so we will see what happens. Last week of round 5, here we come!!!!
142.8 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
