Oy, that is bad. I am almost back up to my highest ever weight.
388.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 228.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I know the feeling I had went from 420 down to 265 . But after going thru a lot of stressful things in life I am starting over again at 413 We can do this
