I was stuck at 192 for a while. Happy to see a number less than that; even if it is only 0.3 pounds. I've learned thru FS posts that a high carb cheat day gets things moving again. I predict Thursday will be a very high carb cheat day! I made a delicious low carb pumpkin cheesecake the other day. (I can't remember if I already discussed that.) I put most of it in the freezer today so it won't be gobbled down by me while I'm on vacation. 1/12th is 270 calories! I made bacon wrapped wild red shrimp last night. Who says low carb can't be delish? I really thought I'd miss bread more because I do LOVE it with gobs of butter... but I don't... not much anyway. Have a happy Thanksgiving and don't eat too, too much!

191.7 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

As backward as it seems, a higher calorie day (with a little more carbs) can usually push me out of a stall as well.

Also extra water helps, especially if you are LCHF. BTW someone posted a pumpkin cheesecake video recipe on FB and I looked at it while drooling. Feel free to share the source of your LC recipe!

One more thing - you may have just helped me decide what to make for dinner tonight, with your bacon wrapped shrimp! Did you grill, bake, or pan cook them?

I grilled the shrimp LostSun. They were dang tasty! I cooked the bacon most of the way in the micro, so the fat wouldn't flare up. I saved the cheesecake recipe in My Cookbook. I think you can get to it. If not I can send it to you. It was actually a kind of blend of two recipes (I can't remember where I got them).

WOW! You are looking good buddy. I used to eat loads of lobster until I developed a shellfish allergy. Lobster and butter like hand in glove....right? LOL! Miss eating lobster.....good stuff.
