I haven't posted for a month and have been away from home and my scale. I did a lot of running/jogging while away. It an exceptionally beautiful autumn, and I even managed a swim after one 3 km run (pretty cool because usually the lakes are frozen). When I left, I had worked up to a 700 meters straight jog/run, but since then have managed several 2 km runs and up to 3 km. No weight training, however, so I have to get back to that. Although I have consumed very little alcohol, I ate a bit more than usual, including the occasional piece of my own homemade apple pie and donuts which I usually avoid. Anyway, feeling very heathy and clothes seem to just barely hang on. Happy and optimistic.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
