I have been eating things that I used to eat. It is hard going back and not gaining weight but I am figuring it out. I will take another stab at losing again; I just needed a break for a while.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

It's a mind game. When you identify the foods that make you gain, or feel unwell, you have to classify them as poisons in your mind. Your body will communicate with you...all you have to do is learn to listen.
