A surprisingly modest weight gain.

Totally off plan the last two days. Casino stay from which I came back broke and my girlfriend came back about 3 Franklins ahead. My big mistake was staying on the $5 Wheel of Fortune slot machine too long. I do not consider my gorging at the Fantasy Springs Casino buffet a mistake. That was great food.


Breakfast was 4 eggs, frijoles, a fried banana and a bagel.

186.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
