Traveling today so no exercise. MUST stick to diet. It's hard when we are going to the in-laws and they make all the food. Portion control is all I can do. Plus the food tastes great. PORTION CONTROL!!!
244.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 74.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
