Today was really hard, running around all day, I missed lunch altogether. I also didn't get to workout which always makes me grumpy. Hopefully tomorrow works out better.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
