I'll take the loss. I feel so bloated all the time. ugh
139.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice drop - I feel bloat when I eat to much salt, dairy or grains of any type. Just a thought

Probably the salt, I just love it. or it could be the cheese I love that too, since cheese is usually salty too. Thanks for the input.

I take probiotics every morning with my multivitamin and I noticed a drop in the bloat within 24 hrs.
