I haven't done well keeping up with the Dance challenge, nor with exercising on the elliptical, but I've been working myself to a nub trying to complete the painting, get the windows installed and covered, etc., before Superbowl Sunday.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
