Disappointed in no weight loss this week since I've followed WW program, drank my water, and exercised every day. I think it's too soon for a "plateau". Will continue, maybe reducing carbs a little to see what happens.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
