I have been very consistent with my diet and have upped my exercise slightly so horay for me, if I had gotten no results i would have drowned my sorrow in cake but now instead I will food prep for the coming week!!
236.6 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
