If I can manage to just stay away from carbs today.. get in enough protein.. who knows a miracle may happen and I will see a 6 instead of a stupid 7... ahhh this journey is hard.. I also started lifting weight today.. so u know that will probably screw me totally
247.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 72.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
