Since I have been dealing with the loss of my Father in law my food hasn't been great It's a good thing I don't weigh daily or weekly Starting a 10 day cleanse to just prime the body Not a starvation thing just a little reset. I am not a fasting fan. Hitting the gym today I was able to get a workout in on Saturday.
169.6 lb Lost so far: 140.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
