Staying on plan and following my diet. Why is it the first 5 days are so easy for me and then it gets hard? Grocery shopping soon so that I will have enough variety so that I don't get bored. Hope everyoen is doing well.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Are the first five days followed by a weekend in which we have completely no set schedule? Speaking for myself, I find it much easier to stick to WOE when I am at work. I forget to eat, then eat the wrong things when I am starving and dont get me started on the water. You can do it Amanda.

That is probably why. I'm so busy at work and in a routine that I don't think about food as much as on the weekend when the family wants to go eat out or you are watching a movie and you want some popcorn, etc. We are so tight on money right now that I don't have a big budget to work with but somehow I will get thru it even if I have to eat tuna and eggs for 3 weeks. Last night I made stir fry chicken. It was really good. My husband Cody really liked it too. He even made the comment that we eat alot healthier when I am dieting. When I went on Atkins he lost about 20 pounds or so and his belly went down but now that we have both been not eathing right..... and I have been making alot of cakes & cookies... lol... his belly is big again. So maybe we can do it together.
