To be truthful not really happy with my weight loss yesterday for the amount of effort I put in yesterday. Went to the Gym twice. At lunch and in the evening. My nutrition was on point. Anyway guess I should be happy for every gram I loose but on reflection I am one of those impatient dieters who needs short term goals to strive for to keep the motivation up. Going overseas on Holiday in December so I guess I will set a target to reach before I leave because once I am on the plane I can imagine the bad food I will receive. Longest leg is 14 hrs. Maybe I'll bring my own food on board. Will see.
254.4 lb Lost so far: 85.3 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
