Ok 3 weeks of slacking off without a workout and eating the (not so) occasional holiday treats (not to mention the wine!) and I managed to NOT gain anything. Was back in the gym this morning and back to being obedient with my diet! I knew setting a goal for New Years was a bad idea but only fell 2 lbs short of it! From here on in, my goal is to keep up the daily workout and diet and just hope the pounds melt away. Shouldn't be that hard after 3 weeks of slacking!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
