I hope so! I just hope it doesn't plateau too soon. I am sticking to low carb and higher fat content (think avocado, cream eggs, butter, olive oil) but religiously doing 16:8 (fasting for 16 hours and eating in the 8 hour window) - it seems to be doing ok. Especially after my horrendous 3 day binge last weekend... I have a mini gold coast trip coming up tomorrow... not too sure if I can be doing the 16:8 too well over the next 2 days, but back to the drawing board Saturday.
