Completed day 4 of egg fast. Down 2.6 pounds. I was going to do a regular LCHF dinner tonight, but I think I'll continue for another day or so. Wish I could get my a$$ in gear and get on the treadmill.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
