I'm disappointed that I consumed more carbs and fat than protein. it is my first day and I will amend this as I'm aiming for a high-protein, low carb diet. Ultimately I'm hoping for a balanced lifestyle diet. I want to lose some weight first, probably get to 95 kg and then start exercise. I'm worried about my knees.

I have been doing so well and then suddenly off the bandwagon. And now I am strugglling to get back to healthy eating. Sugar is really addictiive
