Started my new diet. Day 1 of load day. Good start to good morning. Wish me luck.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1231 kcal Fat: 25.05g | Prot: 61.98g | Carb: 199.32g.   Breakfast: Bottled Water Unsweetened, Crystal Light Pure Tropical Blend, Bottled Water Unsweetened, Chobani Simply 100 Pineapple Coconut Blended, International Delight Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, Coffee. Lunch: Diet Soda, Mixed Salad Greens, Lean Cuisine Marketplace Vermont White Cheddar Mac & Cheese. Dinner: Chunky Style Chili Beef Soup, 7UP 7UP (Can), La Banderita Burrito Flour Tortillas (Grande/Large Size). Snacks/Other: Chobani Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz), Grapefruit. more...

What is load day?

Hi Scindy97. I started Red Mountain Weight Loss and they give you sublingual medication (RM3 with a special patent they have) and you are take the sublingual but "load" up the first two days of the diet. Basically eat whatever you want and fill your body full of fats while it has the RM3 in you so you feel good when you cut your calories on the 3rd day. Like today is my second day and I had Micky Ds for breakfast and you know that has a lot of fat. But I'm no longer hungry and feel full of energy. So tomorrow I cut down from the high fat to 800 caloric intake per day. High protein and veggies. No carbs or sugars. Wish me luck.
