Just a trickle each day, but those trickles will add up , as long as it keeps trickling.. 230 lbs here I come, then 199...
253.6 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 78.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
