I've discovered that one "little cheat" adds up very quickly as far a weight goes, and it takes a lot of work to get rid of that extra weight. It's best not to cheat!
196.9 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
